The only hiccup has been pairing the units to the phone controller app—though that’s really on LiftMaster, whose interface and setup process leave a lot to be desired. Rather than tie up their schedule, I tackled it myself. Three hours, a few grumbles, and a LiftMaster tech support call to a nice man in Pakistan later, I finally got it working.
They’ve also done annual tune-ups and adjustments for us, and always do a top-notch job at a fair price. Our two-car garage runs smooth and quiet thanks to their work.
